The duck rice and duck meat rice have a tender texture but feel slightly dry. The stir-fried duck blood has a moderate level of acidity and is smooth and tasty. The chicken in the oil chicken rice has a nice flavor, and the side dishes are abundant. Overall, the portion size is sufficient, making it suitable for customers with a larger appetite.
The restaurant environment is simple and clean, but in winter, it feels stuffy indoors with no air conditioning or fans.

When I came to Hsinchu, I really liked to specifically go eat duck rice. Today I went to the Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park and happened to find this place nearby, so I stopped by to eat.
Today in the restaurant, they had duck rice, duck meat rice, and oil chicken rice. The main difference between duck rice and duck meat rice is that the latter includes side dishes. Duck rice consists of duck meat and an egg. This place has quite a generous portion of rice, but I’m not sure if they drizzled duck oil on it; the flavor wasn't very strong or perhaps they didn’t drizzle much. So, by the end, the rice felt quite dry.
The duck meat itself is pretty clean without much bone. The salty and fragrant taste is quite strong, and the duck meat has a decent texture; however, it feels a bit dry (without that moist feeling). As for the oil chicken rice, the oil chicken itself tastes good. There's also enough rice to be filling, and with five side dishes, it shows a lot of sincerity. I think it’s no problem for a guy to get full.👌
Additionally, we ordered stir-fried duck blood. The duck blood is very tender, with just the right level of acidity. The slices of duck blood are easy to eat. I think this dish is quite good. 👍 The soup in the self-service area tastes good—not too bland or lacking flavor.
As for the environment, it’s simple and clean, but in winter, they didn’t turn on the air conditioning, and there was no breeze, making the indoor atmosphere feel quite stuffy. Other than that, it’s acceptable.
It’s not somewhere I would specifically come to dine, but if you're nearby, it’s worth trying out. 😅
