You pour the sauce yourself, but the plate design… it doesn’t hold the sauce well, which affects the dining experience.
There are also two small desserts included (Uji matcha red bean, Japanese brown sugar warabi mochi), the red bean is delicious, while the warabi mochi is average.

The price is on the higher side, and if there are other options, I usually wouldn’t choose this place, but I might come for the lime soufflé.
The advantage is that there’s no time limit, so you can sit here all day.

In the evening, I took my children to Banqiao Station for dinner and went to Chengzhen Coffee on the second floor to eat pasta. I was too hungry and forgot to take a photo to share, so I only shared the soufflé. The soufflé is made to order and you need to wait for about 20 minutes. The inside is soft and dense, melting in your mouth like silk. The banana is spread on top, and there is a layer of caramel on top. It tastes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every bite is a balanced enjoyment: crispy, soft, sweet, and rich. This delicacy not only satisfies the taste buds but is also a pleasurable sensory experience.

The night before last, my daughter said she was going to Banqiao for dinner on Friday night, so the two of them looked for a restaurant together. My daughter was immediately attracted to Soufflé🤩, and decided to go to Chengzhen Coffee☕️

The father and daughter arrived at the restaurant at about 5:30 that day, and found that they could not make a reservation. They had to wait for their mother outside the store, and went there immediately after work 🏃‍♀️ Fearing that the Friday party would be full, the father and daughter entered the restaurant at about 6:40. Mom arrived just in time for the meal to be served, it was a perfect and seamless process👍

For the first time, I ordered the classic roasted pepper-flavored snow porpoise rainbow rice and the grilled scallop pasta. The rainbow rice plate was very rich, including grilled vegetables, salad, sweet potato puree, rainbow rice (with curry sauce) and snow porridge, but There are only 3-4 pieces of snow porpoise, and the curry rice is not to my liking. The other pasta dish tastes okay, but it only has 2 scallops and no ingredients. The price is not high in terms of price. Fortunately, the strawberry soufflé strawberry 🍰, the highlight of the day, is a bonus. The presentation is very beautiful, and there are many 🍓. Because it is freshly made and eaten on the spot, it is still warm. It is paired with the store's strawberry milk sauce cake, which is soft and moist in the middle.
