Here's the translated text in English:

Conclusion first: It's rare to find an all-you-can-eat dessert option where the quality matches that of a la carte, offering exceptional value.

Brief Review:
This dessert shop, hidden in the alleys behind Xinpu MRT Station, has recently become quite popular for their limited-time all-you-can-eat desserts (from 7/1 to 9/15), priced at 499+10%. However, there are actually very few seats available (only about 5 groups can be accommodated at a time), making it hard to get a spot. I heard the staff mention on the phone that there could be a waitlist of over 20 groups, clearly reflecting its popularity.
The shop seems to have a cat, but unfortunately, I didn't see it that day. Although it seems well-staffed, everyone is very busy, yet you can still feel the sincerity of the shop towards its customers. The staff regularly checks if everything is to your liking, and especially when the owner introduces the desserts, it feels like she genuinely loves them and wants to share that experience with you. Overall, the service is excellent!

Since it’s an all-you-can-eat, I won’t comment on every dessert but will share my impressions of those I particularly enjoyed:

🍰 Whiskey Tiramisu:
I thought it would be just a small piece, but I was pleasantly surprised with a whole box. The aroma was okay, but once I tasted it, the whiskey flavor exploded in my mouth. The traditional method of soaking ladyfingers in whiskey (felt like bourbon or something similar) complemented the middle layer with some dark chocolate chips, enhancing the texture. The slightly stronger whiskey taste made the cream less sweet and cloying. It was genuinely better than many cafes that make their own.

🍮 Caramel Crème Brûlée:
This was my favorite with its freshly baked caramel layer on top, making a crunchy sound when scraped with a spoon. Pressing down on the layer wasn’t easy, but the brûlée itself wasn’t overly sweet, pairing perfectly with the caramel sweetness. The slightly sticky texture was enchanting. Compared to other puddings, we ordered several servings of this one.

🍮 Brown Sugar Fresh Milk Mochi:
I also ordered this two or three times. The fresh milk mochi had a chewy texture, coated in powder, and you could really taste the milk flavor. In addition to the brown sugar powder, there were also little chunks of brown sugar that enriched the overall flavor. Highly recommended!

🍰 Fresh Milk Custard Puff:
This was different from what I imagined. It had a hard, crispy shell and was filled with cream. I personally wasn’t a huge fan, but it was still tasty.

🥐 Sea Salt Butter Roll:
After eating a lot of sweet foods, having something savory really helped reset my palate, resulting in quite a few points in its favor. However, it was just a simple sea salt butter roll, so I can't think of many flavor descriptions. It’s like when you’ve eaten a lot of French and Japanese food, you sometimes still crave a little eatery's braised pork rice — it’s just simply delicious, generous in portion, and a must-try.

🍵 Alishan Jin Xuan Tea:
Since it’s labeled Alishan, it means they put real effort into their Jin Xuan tea, which is among the best in Taiwan. It’s rare to find such rich Jin Xuan, with the unique milk candy aroma and a hint of floral notes that are clearly discernible, alongside the sweetness of green tea and the richness of black tea. Oh, and it must be unsweetened! Pairing it with dessert helps you understand why the British always pair desserts with black tea.

Actually, many items were really tasty and above average. It’s just that I’m slightly lactose intolerant and prefer savory foods, so it was a bit unfortunate that I couldn’t eat more. 😢

As a side note:
There’s a reason tea and coffee are paired with desserts, so I advise everyone not to order milk-based drinks, especially lattes, as they will only increase the cloying feeling in your mouth, unless you’re someone who enjoys that.

Areas for Improvement:
I can only nitpick — the little spoon is a bit rough on the hands, but everything else was great. 😂
