While waiting for my appointment, I wanted to fill my stomach and happened to come across this noodle shop. I chose a warm miso egg drop soup, the double sauce mixed noodles that I was really interested in, and some boiled leafy greens (Chinese cabbage).

· Double sauce mixed noodles (large) (80 yuan):
The sesame sauce and scallion sauce are quite strong in flavor but very fragrant. They go well with the moderately thick noodles that have a nice chewiness. The large portion is very generous, and even for a guy, it might be worth considering 🫃.

· Miso egg drop soup (45 yuan):
The soup has plenty of egg, a bit of tofu, a slightly sweet broth, and is topped with bonito flakes. It feels really good to drink when it’s cold outside 👍.

· Boiled leafy greens (Chinese cabbage) (45 yuan):
The boiled cabbage is served with scallion sauce and soy paste. The flavor is also on the sweeter side, making it a relatively standard taste.
