First of all, I don’t like this sashimi very much. Their salmon sashimi tastes very “thin” (it’s salmon with little fat. When you eat it, you will be a little doubtful: Am I eating salmon?)
As for the other dishes, I think they are just okay, but not particularly amazing.
The most recommended thing I would choose is Hana Sushi. The meat floss rolled inside the sushi is very good (crispy and not greasy). The whole taste is very tasty and rich. And at $120 for a portion, I think it is quite cheap.
What I don’t recommend is the sashimi rice bowl. There’s nothing wrong with the sashimi on top, but the main reason is that the rice underneath is white and has no sauce, and it actually has mayonnaise? This is really the weirdest way to make raw fish rice bowl that I have ever seen. The miso soup is too bland. It’s a pity that too much water is added and the miso is diluted~~
If nothing happens, I won’t visit again. It’s not that it tastes bad.
It’s just the kind of restaurant that even if you pass by, you wouldn’t particularly want to eat there again🥸
Average Japanese home cooking in a clean environment. The recommended meal is the fish roe sushi ($120/10 pieces). There is a lot of lettuce, and the floss rolled in the middle is also very fresh and crispy. It is full of ingredients and delicious. The grilled mackerel is also delicious!
Other raw fish are relatively ordinary. The bottom of the raw fish rice bowl is white vinegar rice without any sauce, and there is mayonnaise in the middle of the shredded lettuce on top (a bit weird). The miso soup tastes a bit too bland and contains too much water.
