【Foodholic Nako @ Osaka, Japan】

"Chicken Soba Zagin" is a ramen shop in Osaka that many people recommend for its chicken white broth ramen. The Nibashi location is situated in the Kitashinchi area, and its exterior looks like a typical ramen shop. Customers line up directly, and the queue leads to the ordering machine, where you place your order before continuing to wait. The staff will come out to collect your meal ticket.
P.S. This ramen shop only accepts cash!

We arrived around 6:30 PM on January 4th. Although there were already customers in line, it wasn’t overwhelmingly crowded. We waited for about half an hour before being seated (compared to the previous day's wait of 1.5 hours at NEXT SHIKAKU, we felt grateful).

Chicken white broth ramen (鶏soba) + meat sushi ¥1360
The chicken white broth tasted quite rich and can definitely be called delicious chicken white broth ramen. However, it could be because I've had many excellent chicken white broth ramen in Taiwan, so I didn’t find it particularly impressive.
It's worth mentioning that the ramen is topped with fried burdock strips, which I personally think adds to the experience!

The slices of beef in the meat sushi are incredibly large, creating a stunning visual impact. It requires folding the meat three times to place it atop the rice, and when you take a bite, it's truly delicious.

Chicken char siu rice ¥390
This is presented not in the common grilled style, but instead drizzled with sauce and topped with a raw egg yolk. It has quite a high saltiness level; eating the chicken alone is too salty, so it’s best paired with rice. Personally, I think it's optional whether to order this or not.

What particularly impressed me about this place was the politeness of the staff, who embodied the spirit of Japanese professionalism. They bow 90 degrees when serving the food and when customers are leaving, giving a strong impression of the value they place on their work.
