Came here with friends to have some last-minute food.
As soon as I arrived at the store, I felt that the decoration was very Japanese.
I'm very lucky and don't have to queue (around 6pm on Sunday)
There are ropes around the seating area, so remember to watch the road when walking.
There happened to be another table that was not watching at all and I tripped over my feet.
Comes with ice water or hot tea
But I couldn’t tell what kind of tea it was. I thought it was barley tea with no taste.
The prices are reasonable and don’t feel expensive.
I'm pretty good at Japanese food, I haven't done any special research.
I also dislike fat and tendons very much.
But this time I ordered the most common Tonkotsu Ramen ($210)
I found that the barbecued pork in this restaurant is fat and thin, and it melts in your mouth.
This is the only barbecued pork I've ever eaten since I was a kid.
It’s very thick, the ingredients are solid, and it’s really delicious🥹
But the soup is not particularly thick, just average
A lot of noodles
I've almost finished the soup and there's still a lot of noodles left.
Girls feel quite full eating alone
My friend who was traveling with me ordered rice bowl ($250) and Jigoku Ramen ($230).
The rice bowl is also rich in ingredients. You should know it from the picture.
There is also a soup included, which I didn’t take a picture of.
Just order the spicy part of Jigoku Ramen
The soup is very delicious and quite layered.
After drinking it, I went back to drink the tonkotsu one and felt that there was nothing special about it.
I really recommend Hell Ramen
You can also order chawanmushi for $55
It’s very fresh and tender. People who don’t like fishy smell also find this delicious!
The crab sticks are very soft. I like them very much.
Before leaving, I noticed that there were small hair ties on the table.
Very considerate
The small disadvantage is that it only accepts cash but there is no service fee!
When I first looked at the opening hours, I thought they were so short.
After I finished eating, I saw it was written that the daily limit is 200 bowls.
And there is a sign at the door that reservations cannot be made
I understand. There is no need to worry about bad business.
It’s just that the customers are afraid they won’t be able to eat.
This is the first time I have eaten at a Japanese restaurant that I like
Full marks!
