Located opposite the Museum of Fine Arts in Foshan, Guangdong, it’s a great place to take a break after leisurely (pretentiously) strolling through the museum.

A-Mian started in Foshan in 2019, and now there are already four branches in Foshan; this expansion speed is quite impressive…

Their style is very European/classical, and the bread they sell is also more European in style, with many types of European breads and alkaline water breads, which are healthier baked products... right?
(I say this because I used to think that certain S's Fat Master was very healthy... but later, you all know...)

In addition to the bread, I also ordered a cup of their coffee, which was quite good, not bitter, with more fruity acidity, which I liked quite a lot. They also have many caffeine-free beverages, so there’s no need to worry about not being able to sleep at night. It’s really nice to have a place to take a break after coming out of the museum.

Additionally, I highly recommend the "He Museum" across the street, which is designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando. It is magnificent, featuring a lot of exposed concrete and a very impressive spiral staircase. The exhibitions are interesting as well; this time they are showcasing works by a deceased Irish artist, using a lot of cubes in his creations, which is really cool. They even have an interesting way of marking the restrooms for men and women.

If you come to Guangzhou, Foshan/Shunde area, besides eating and drinking, don’t forget to visit this museum!
