Henan Choi Pot Noodles was originally located on Sanchong Longmen Road. It was also a well-known store in the local area, but it was relocated to Xinzhuang for some reasons.
After the original store name was handed over to the transferor, it seemed to be operating well.
After moving to Xinzhuang near Costco, Mie's regular gourmets often come to the store after shopping just for this rare delicacy.

Today we enjoyed Chongqing Maocai Hotpot, Matsutake Mushroom Soup Maocai Hotpot and Mung Bean Jelly, which cost about 600 yuan in total.
If you spend more than 200 yuan, you will receive free hot vegetables.

When the dishes appear one by one, most people's thoughts should be: "Why is the pot so big?"
Indeed, the portion size in the store is really amazing, and I heard this exclamation several times when I was consuming it internally.
However, the store welcomes self-packing, so don’t worry 👍

Chongqing Maocai Hotpot: The soup base is very solid, and you can taste the aroma of various Chinese medicines, especially the peppercorns.
The portion of meat in the pot is generous, and the vegetables are also considerable. The side dish I ordered was noodles, and a large amount of refined hand-pulled noodles were scattered in the pot to show its presence.
The pulled noodles taste very solid and pliable, and super filling.

Matsutake Mushroom Soup Maocai Pot: The main ingredient is changed to a rich mushroom soup base, and every bite is full of fragrant mushroom flavor.
As a result, my wife didn't finish the meal and decided to take it out instead.

The fried fruits on Maocai have a very unique texture. Whether you eat them freshly hot and crispy, soaked half-soaked to enjoy two textures, or fully soaked and enjoyed with the soup base, they are all worth a try.

This Kung Fu is really delicious, and of course, it’s really a big bowl.
