Today is hot pot day (customized🤣), and Haidilao suddenly came to mind, so I set out immediately!
The magic of Haidilao is that after eating it, you will feel it is a bit expensive, but after a while, you will start to miss the taste again🤤

"environment"
The related part of the lighting is yellow and white, which creates a relaxing environment.
The aisles and seats are very spacious, so you can relax and immerse yourself in your own world. The waiters will not disturb you all the time. They will only come when adding soup and water to collect the dishes.

While I was waiting to be seated, the clerk asked me if I wanted to eat with a doll. As a lonely gourmet, I must have one!
So I accompany my baby to get it! This time this doll is different from the previous tomato doll, it seems to be cuter🥰

Some of the rice and sauces in the buffet area require extra money, but since I don’t need any sauce when eating hot pot, I don’t add them. Other side dishes, fruits and sweet soups are free.

"Meals"
The soup base is golden pickled fish + pepper pork belly chicken. You must order these two soup bases every time you come to Haidilao.
The soup base of pickled fish is sour and spicy and very appetizing. The flavor of pork belly and chicken is very rich, and it is full of ingredients 🤩
If the soup base is too thick/too light, you can ask the service staff to adjust it for you.

For meals, I ordered pork belly, yellow throat, pig brains, shrimp paste, baby set meal and hot and sour noodles.
✨Personally, I think the yellow throat and shrimp sliders are must-haves. The crispy texture of the yellow throat is super delicious, and the shrimp sliders have a very elastic texture.
✨I like the soft texture of pig brain very much, but I didn’t like it when I shared it with my friends before, so it’s a matter of opinion🤣
✨The baby set meal was something I only discovered when I saw someone else ordering it online! The contents include noodles, sweet potatoes, baby cabbage, pangasius, and bird eggs. If you have a small appetite, you may be really full after eating this plate, because the portion of noodles is very large ~

The hot and sour noodle part was originally what I was looking forward to the most. After all, I am a person who hates sourness, but after finishing it, it was also the most disappointing meal. It was not sour or spicy enough, and the rice noodles tasted a bit weird🥺
Anyway, I probably won’t order it again if I go there next time.

If you have a lot to finish at the end of the meal, you can ask the service staff to pack it for you. For example, I only ate a few of all the items that day, so I asked someone to pack them all for me🤣

Generally speaking, Haidilao tastes great, has good service, and has a comfortable environment. However, because the price is a bit high, you may not be able to eat it as often as you want, but it is okay to eat it once in a while🫶
