I went to Daliao on a business trip and had no clue about the local food. Fortunately, a local friend strongly recommended Lao Yang Beef Noodles, so I decided to come and experience it myself!

Lao Yang Beef Noodles looks like a noodle shop with a sense of the times. Google reviews also give it a pretty good rating. Today I ordered his signature beef noodles and some side dishes of my choice (ask the boss for the price).

The beef soup is a lighter braised one, with a lighter color and a slightly spicy and soy sauce aroma. The first sip feels ordinary, but I didn’t expect it to become smoother as I drink it. The noodles have an average ability to soak up the soup, but they are quite good at absorbing the "salty taste". ”, so it won’t taste too boring.

As for the side dishes (braised food), I think it just has a homely taste, and it goes well with chili~

Overall, it’s a delicious local beef noodle, but it’s not so delicious that I’d make a special trip there. If you have friends who go to Daliao, you can give it a try!
