The chef is Japanese and doesn’t speak Chinese very well. Just order from the menu. It takes 25 minutes to heat up the pot, so you have to catch the right time. The taste is soft takoyaki. The filling is soft and dense, and the outer skin is moist and Japanese-style. But it goes well with it. Red ginger, chopped green onions and tempura crisps add more layers of texture. I ordered the original flavor this time and will try more other flavors next time.
