Do you like to eat salted water chicken? I believe that everyone who loves to eat has a pocket list in their hearts. Each salted water chicken has different seasonings and has its own characteristics, and the ones I will introduce today are ranked in the top five in my heart~

Haojihui is a chain of saltwater chicken restaurants. I’m not sure whether the “braised food” side dishes are all delivered by the head office, because I’ve eaten at several of them and they all taste the same~

Haojihui has three major features:

1. Cheap
   It’s hard to see the same side dishes priced at 20 in Taipei (mostly 30)

2. The braised flavor is very strong
   The ingredients for the marinade, such as tofu skin, dried tofu, etc., are very tasty. The marinade is sweet and goes well with the salty chicken sauce.

3. Seasoning is my thing
   This is just a matter of personal preference. I think it tastes very good with garlic and sesame oil!

The most recommended dishes include asparagus, water lotus, bamboo shoots, chicken skin, bean buns, radish, cauliflower, pig scalp, etc.
