It’s Labor Day holiday today and I went shopping with my wife in Tamsui Old Street. I happened to see this restaurant that advertises Chongqing Hot and Sour Noodles. I wanted to reminisce about the taste and texture of eating Hot and Sour Noodles when I was on a business trip to the mainland.
This time I ordered spicy and sour rice noodles with fat intestines, and my wife ordered spicy duck blood and stinky tofu.

1. The first bite of fat intestines is spicy and sour rice noodles. It is really as "fat" as the name fat intestines. When I first saw it, I was a little scared when I ate it. I was afraid that the taste of internal organs would be strong. Fortunately, the taste was OK and not too heavy. It tastes like offal, and the rice noodles don’t taste particularly good, so it’s okay.

2. The duck blood in spicy duck blood and stinky tofu is dry and has no smooth texture. The taste of stinky tofu is not obvious and the texture is also dry.

Summary: Fat intestines are very fat! ! If you like to eat fat intestines, you can try it. I don’t recommend the spicy duck blood stinky tofu. It tastes dry and the stinky tofu has no obvious taste.
