Here comes another trip on the national highway. Long journeys require breaks, and stopping at rest areas for some desserts before heading out again is a great choice.

This time I arrived at the Kansai rest area. It's not very large, but as the saying goes, "a mountain is not high if there is a spirit of food," so as long as there's good food, it's a good rest stop.

After taking a look around, I finally chose to have a bowl of ice tofu pudding, so I ordered the mixed tofu pudding number 2 at Ah Shui's Tofu Pudding shop. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed.

I personally prefer smooth and tender tofu pudding, but this one was not very soft and wasn't very sweet either.
