This was recommended by a friend to eat at this restaurant, and I happened to be on a day trip today.
Overall, it is recommended. For Stone Hot Pot, its beef meat quality is very good, and the soup is very fresh, sweet and delicious. I think it goes well with most of the vegetables and hot pot ingredients. It will be my choice in the future. It’s also very plentiful, and if you want to pick up food, you can take it yourself, so you have a lot of freedom to choose from.
It should be noted that they have large hot pots for many people to eat together, and mini hot pots that are more suitable for two people or individual pots. What we had today was a mini hot pot, and the taste was stone hot pot soup.
I think I will eat here again next time I pass by, because it is really satisfying. The quality of the beef is a bit like the texture of warm-bodied beef.
The only drawback is that we have to wait in line for a long time. Today is a holiday and we started waiting at 6 o'clock in the evening. We waited for about an hour. Next time, we might find a way to come earlier, but if the weather is cold and we pass by Jinshan, I don't know what to eat. If so, I highly recommend this stone hotpot!
