I went to a restaurant today and ordered a large portion of chicken braised rice (55 yuan) and shredded chicken braised pork rice.
As for the overall food experience, I didn't feel it was unpalatable, but it wasn't satisfactory either. Maybe there wasn't enough marinade, causing the food to lack the flavor it should have.

I like to eat chicken braised rice or duck braised rice (I really miss the duck braised rice in Nantou), and I have high expectations for this restaurant.
However, when I took my first bite, I didn't feel the mellow marinade flavor, but was a little disappointed. The taste of the chicken and braised pork was pretty good, but the flavor of the marinade was a bit bland and didn't bring enough flavor to the whole dish.

Apart from the problem with the marinade, the overall dining environment is okay!
The store is quite clean and the waiter's attitude is very good, making people feel comfortable and happy. Moreover, the prices in this store are relatively reasonable, and the price-performance ratio is good. (It’s highly recommended if you want to eat a full meal~)

Overall, although this chicken braised rice is not unpalatable, it does not bring many surprises. Maybe next time the store can consider increasing the amount of marinade to make this dish more delicious. I hope the store can make further improvements so that customers can enjoy a better dining experience.
