The salt-flavored chicken broth ramen at this shop has an ordinary soup base. The chicken char siu is chewy, but overall, the flavor is average and doesn’t stand out in any way.
There is a cute Shiba Inu at the entrance of the shop, attracting many customers to take photos, adding to the fun of the store.
This shop located in Huwei, Yunlin, has the character for "柴" (chai) in its name, which does not refer to the noodles being tough, but instead to a cute Shiba Inu at the entrance. Since many customers were taking pictures with it, I didn't take any photos.
I ordered the salt-flavored chicken white broth ramen. I personally think the broth isn't too bad, but it’s just an ordinary chicken white broth; it doesn't make you want to keep drinking it.
The chicken chashu is on the chewier side, and I also think it's just average, as are the other components.
Overall, it's a decent shop.
