The miso soup and octopus sushi at this shop perform excellently, especially the miso soup which includes salmon pieces, leaving a strong impression. Although some dishes appear ordinary, the seasonal selections occasionally offer surprising delights. The performance of the caramel pudding cake is somewhat disappointing, with a higher sweetness level.
The store has a spacious environment and a sufficient number of seats, making it suitable for holiday gatherings, but you need to be patient during peak hours.
When I was a child, I thought sushi running on a track was really cool XD.
Located on the second floor next to the moat, the store has a spacious interior and many seats. On weekends, it’s full at around 6 or 7 pm and there are many take-away orders.
There are more and more conveyor belt sushi brands, so if I want to eat sashimi, I wouldn’t prioritize choosing this place. Compared to others, you don't have to wait as long XD.
I still really like their miso soup and octopus sushi ❤️. The miso soup even has salmon chunks in it. Other dishes taste normal; not too bad, but not amazing either. Sometimes the seasonal special is well done.
Today, I was disappointed with the caramel pudding cake QAQ. There was a thin layer on the top with a pudding texture, and the bottom was like a mousse (?). Overall, it was quite sweet, and I wasn't sure if the caramel itself had a sour taste or if it had been on the conveyor belt for too long, making the caramel sauce slightly sour.
