I came to Yizhong Street today and ate the IG-famous delicacy I've wanted to eat for a long time - the seared salmon nigiri sushi made by Chuxin. The reason why this restaurant became popular is because the sushi rice is topped with large pieces of salmon. It's really attractive. My eyes are finally here to eat this time!
The store sells a lot of sushi, some of which are already displayed on the shelves. You can choose by yourself. The important thing is that they all look delicious. The sizzling series are all made to order and take a while to be ready. The boss's salmon is freshly cut, and the length is really longer than ordinary sashimi sushi. Even the rice of the sushi is kneaded first, and you can still feel the residual warmth in your hands when eating. The making process is very soothing. Place the sliced sashimi on the cooked rice, sear it and apply the sauce and it's done!
It's really satisfying to eat in one bite, but I feel that the vinegar rice is not very tightly kneaded, so it is easier to fall off when clamped, and it doesn't taste warm enough that I like it very much. I may try the sushi on the shelf in the future. Summer Eating cold vinegar rice is more to my liking.
