The hot pot restaurant offers a wide variety of broth options. This time, I ordered the slightly peculiar sesame oil fresh fish pot, and unexpectedly, it also came with pork slices inside, which feels quite worth it. The ingredients inside are similar to those in typical hot pot restaurants, and there is a self-service bar with cold noodles and some Prince noodles available for takeaway.

The flavor of sesame oil in this broth is quite strong; I personally feel it might have been a bit too much, so those who are considering ordering should take that into account. A friend I was with ordered the milk pork, which also has a very noticeable milky flavor.

Additionally, the enoki mushrooms ordered separately for 30 yuan were quite a decent portion.

This Baguo restaurant is located near Haishan MRT Station
It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the MRT station, which is quite convenient.
If you drive, you can park in the Haishan underground parking lot.

What’s more special is that Baguo has cold noodles.
Although the sesame paste is not very thick

Today I ordered herbal pork hotpot for $165, with egg included.
The medicinal food tastes quite fragrant
But I don’t think there are a lot of ingredients and vegetables in the pot.

Order a la carte for 110 yuan and you can get the full amount for the shared pot
