There were 12 people dining, so we were given three tables for four.
The restaurant generally has four-person tables, and a round table can seat up to 10 people.

The outermost table was very close to the door, and it was raining that day + the strong wind in Hsinchu...
The gas stove turned on and off, the fire was very small and it would not boil at all.
The service staff came to see us many times and told us that the ingredients can be eaten first, but the chicken will have to wait.
After waiting for about 20 minutes, it still hasn't rolled, and the chicken bones are still red.
In the end, there was really no other way. I asked the waiter to bring the whole pot to the quick stove and bring it to a boil before taking it back and continuing the meal.
In these 20 minutes or so, we responded to the service staff at least three times. Twice they ignored us and just came over to take a look and pretended to be fine. It was not until the last time that they helped us heat the room.
The experience is very poor, but the food is really delicious. I only gave it 3 stars for the sake of the swallow dumplings🌟

Unlike Ginger Hen, the soup base of Zhuangyuan Chicken doesn’t have much ginger.
Instead, replace the Chinese medicinal materials with barley (or lotus seeds?) and a large amount of red dates + wolfberry
It becomes a sweet soup base with the sweetness of natural medicinal materials.
The overall taste is warm and smooth! 😌
Also use silky chicken to increase iron and blood.
Summary: 🌟4/5, the soup is sweeter than the ginger hen hot pot, and the chicken portion is very sufficient
Noodles $40/plate
A plate costs 40 yuan, which is about one person (boys may not have enough)
It is a moist noodle thread and does not taste dry.
