The portion sizes of the dishes are sufficient, the beef stir-fried noodles are familiar in flavor and have large slices of meat. The mu shu stir-fried noodles are rich with pickled vegetables and black fungus, and overall, the meal is not greasy. The kailan was out of stock, so water spinach was used instead, and the taste is not too salty.
The environment is simple and clean.
The speed of serving dishes is fast, which is satisfying.
What we ate this time:
Moo Shu Fried Noodles $130
Beef Fried Noodles (Large) $120
Stir-fried Lamb with Kale (Small) $200
Overall dining experience:
The environment is very homely but very clean, the dishes came out quickly, and the portions are generous.
The Beef Fried Noodles had a familiar taste, and the meat pieces were large.
The Moo Shu had a lot of scrambled eggs with preserved vegetables on top and also included Wood Ear mushrooms; the portion was huge and a bit greasy.
The kale was replaced with stir-fried water spinach, and after eating, it wasn't too salty, so I didn’t feel thirsty. I would want to come back to try more dishes!
