There is usually a long queue during dining time. This time I was lucky enough to get a seat after waiting for about 20 minutes. The store is spacious and clean, and water glasses are self-service.
The overall performance is great, good quality and low price, will visit again
The tsukemen udon noodles are really springy, and the soy sauce in the sauce is not too salty.
The soup oolong is a kombu bonito soup base. After adding sea melon seeds, it tastes a bit like Dobin Mushi.
Fried shrimp tempura tsukemen $200
Fried shrimps and fried mushrooms are recommended, they taste very crispy and not greasy.
The noodles are super elastic and chewy!
The sauce is refreshing and smooth after adding wasabi
The fried items include two fried shrimps, green peppers, shiitake mushrooms, Hongxi mushrooms, and sweet potatoes.
