🥛 Kaohsiung Yancheng ▫️ Near the First Public Market
🥛 A high-quality aesthetic beverage shop that feels like an art exhibition hall
Occasionally, locals in Kaohsiung want to indulge in a gourmet food stroll,
so they abandon riding scooters
and choose to walk together with their loved ones through the streets and alleys of Yancheng.
After a satisfying meal, there is a different kind of romance in the rain-soaked harbor 🌧️.
In the misty air, we discover a mysterious shop
that feels like an exhibition space, making one unconsciously stop and linger.
The English name of the shop doesn’t reveal its meaning,
and we cannot tell what they sell.
Fortunately, a customer inside carries two drinks and leaves through the door 🚪.
And just like that, we have our answer.
"Want to try some?"
"Sure, let’s go in!"
After reaching a consensus, we each ordered different items.
The decor in the shop is very tasteful,
and the gentle music creates an incredibly relaxing atmosphere,
making the wait for our drinks feel less lengthy.
The drink my partner chose is the 🍃 Assam Pearl Latte (70),
which is refreshing with Assam and Red Jade as its base.
I chose the 🍃 Dong Ding Latte (70),
which has a more pronounced tea fragrance with Dong Ding and Tie Guanyin.
Personally, I prefer my choice 💗.
After returning home, I looked up related information
and found out that the English name is a transliteration of "Jin Lian Fa,"
originating from the fabric shop and photography studio run by the shop's partners' grandparents.
The shop even exhibits the grandfather's photography works.
It’s truly the most un-beverage-like beverage shop I’ve encountered,
and it really is like an exhibition hall 📷.
Next time, I should try the original tea series,
and I recommend it to anyone who values a great ambiance✨.
