The BEB5 Okinawa Seiragaki, part of the Hoshino Resorts group, offers a café and all-day dining restaurant that is accessible to both guests and non-guests. Our stay included breakfast, priced at 1,300 yen per person, served in a set menu style, and it can be enjoyed in the restaurant or taken back to the room. The restaurant provides a variety of self-serve drinks, including coffee and tea, creating a relaxed and comfortable dining environment. There are five breakfast options available:

1. Panino with ham salad
2. Panino with tropical fruits
3. Shrimp and tomato risotto
4. Bread platter
5. Tropical morning bowl
   (all served with yogurt and a drink)

We chose the bread platter and the shrimp tomato risotto. The bread platter includes raw ham paired with Okinawan bitter melon, where the salty flavor of the ham is balanced by the slightly bitter taste of the melon, enhancing the local character; however, the risotto part felt rather average, with its texture and flavor reminiscent of a pre-packaged meal, lacking something special. Overall, the breakfast experience at the restaurant is relatively standard; it's sufficient for guests looking for a simple meal, but those with higher expectations may find it lacking.

On a side note, the overall experience at the hotel is quite nice, with a relaxed atmosphere, making it suitable for travelers looking to unwind on vacation.
