It seems that I have never seen this beverage shop "Cha Shijiang" that specializes in "soy milk milk caps" in Taipei. Since I really like all kinds of milk cap series drinks (I know they are very fat 😂), I wanted to give it a try!
Rose Green Tea Soy Milk Cap $55
I usually drink sugar-free tea, but this store reminds me that "pure sugar-free tea will be astringent", so I choose a portion of sugar and no ice. If there is no ice, there is still small crushed ice.
The soy milk cap is made with "Guangquan Extra Concentrated 5.1 No Added Sugar Concentrated Soy Milk". The soy milk has a full and comfortable fragrance. Compared with ordinary milk caps, it tastes lighter. I really like it.
The first time I took a sip of green tea, I felt a very strong aroma. After checking, I found out that their green tea has a rose fragrance. No wonder ~ However, the fragrance still feels too strong when I drink it. I always feel that it has a fragrance smell, no matter Too drinkable
The family also ordered a cup of Earl Gray soy milk cap $60
I chose sugar-free and without ice. As expected, it tasted a little astringent. Maybe a little sugar would be better.
It is particularly worth mentioning that the soy milk milk cap drink has a serious shortcoming: except for the first three sips, you cannot drink tea and milk cap at the same time. No matter how you drink it, you only have tea, and you have to go home to get it. Use a spoon to scoop out the milk cover and eat it 😂
Overall, the soy milk milk cap itself is pretty good, but I don’t really like the pure tea part, and it’s a pity that it’s not easy to drink milk cap and tea at the same time, so the chance of revisiting in the future is not high.
