This is a bar that I have collected for a long time and I finally found a friend to go to with me. Whether it is the design of music, decoration, or lighting, it gives people a warm feeling.
My friend and I ordered braised pork rice for NT.150, sesame asparagus for NT.120, pork belly for NT.350, and 2 glasses of wine. Their wines are designed with totems and have no names. But the contents of the wine are listed on the menu.
What I ordered was gin-based wine containing Tieguanyin, blackthorn, orange blossom and bubbles. It tasted very smooth overall, and the tea flavor at the end was very layered. The waiter even sprayed a lot of water around the wine when it was served. Something like perfume hahaha, I don’t know much about wine, but it tastes great to me, a novice.
As for the food, the pork belly must be highly recommended. It is served hot, very tender, and comes with shichimi powder, pepper, a little shredded green onion and raw garlic slices. The braised pork rice is on the fatter side and comes with some vegetable dumplings and a half-boiled egg, which is also delicious😋
The sesame asparagus can offset the greasiness of the first two dishes. It is also very tender and does not feel like chewing tree bark🤣
The overall atmosphere is great! The waiters are also very kind and generous! Will visit again.
