Today I would like to introduce this café located in the Taoyuan District. The indoor environment is very clean and tidy, featuring a sofa area and regular table and chair seating, making it the perfect place to spend a leisurely afternoon. The coffee drinks are carefully crafted by the owner at the counter, allowing you to drink with peace of mind. The owner has a trendy vibe, wearing a literary cap and black-rimmed glasses, giving off a bit of a feel reminiscent of Yu Guangzhong (?). 🤣
🍵 Japanese Roasted Tea Basque 💰 $140
The cake has a dense texture with a tea fragrance that is not bitter. There's also a sprinkle of roasted tea powder on top, making it perfectly balanced and not overly sweet‼️
🌿 Strong Vanilla Basque 💰 $120
The top of the cake is adorned with fresh cream and crushed nuts 🌰, providing layers of flavor. With the addition of vanilla seeds in the cake, it’s not overly sweet and has a strong milk flavor—it’s wonderful! 😍
Aomori Apple Sparkling Drink 💰 $130
At the bottom, there are apple chunks, and the top has fresh apple slices. It’s made with Aomori apple juice, and be sure to stir it well before drinking to enhance the flavor! It’s very refreshing for the hot summer days. 🧊
Must-try item ➡️ Iced Americano‼️
Super delicious 💘 It surprisingly has an Americano that’s neither sour nor astringent 😯 Overall, it’s very smooth, and even I, who doesn't usually drink coffee, think it's a must-order!
