Mama Xie’s Breakfast is located near Pinghe Station in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County, opposite Section 2 of Zhonghua Road and the Tai-Kowloon Line, which is the lifeline of Huadong.
Today we enjoyed teppanyaki noodles, ham omelette, iced black tea and barley syrup, totaling 120 yuan.
Iron plate noodles:
The sauce choices are the common black pepper sauce and mushroom sauce. I chose black pepper sauce.
The noodle dish is quite transparent, and with some vegetables, it is a simple and harmonious delicacy.
Ham Omelette:
The egg pancake skin is not crispy, but the ham wrapped around it has a soft and mild texture.
It's quite delicious with some soy sauce paste.
Iced red tea:
It's a decent black tea with sugar. If you want it to be iced, it can be very iced.
If you don’t want it to be too cold, there is also a slightly cooler black tea that can be left on the counter.
Barley pulp:
This is a common commercial product in the market, and its performance will definitely not be any worse.
The rich aroma of barley is worth tasting.
This brand of black soy milk also performs very well.
Overall, there are not many breakfast options in the Pinghe area of Shoufeng Township.
Fortunately, the store does not neglect the quality of service and cuisine just because it is one of the few remaining restaurants here.
The interior area of the store is a very ordinary family-style breakfast restaurant.
But the space is spacious and clean, and the overall dining experience is quite comfortable.
If you visit the Heiwa area during breakfast time, you may consider dining here.
Recommended to everyone!
