It is a very famous noodle shop in Xindian District. It is located on Guangming Street. There are many restaurants nearby. My family and I were walking around Bitan and we just took the opportunity to stop by and try the famous preserved egg noodles.
Preserved egg dry noodles (small bowl) $60
I chose ramen. The noodles were a little lumpy, but the texture was pretty good. The minced preserved eggs were paired with minced pork, and the taste was just the right amount of salty. If you want a stronger taste, you can add additional sauce.
Yunnan cheese dry noodles (small bowl) $65
I chose thin noodles. It tastes a little bit tomatoey, but I think it’s acceptable for those who don’t eat tomatoes. There are slices of cheese on top, and the cheese flavor is not too strong. I think it’s a taste that children will like.
Mustard mustard and shredded pork soup $35
There is a lot of pickled mustard and shredded pork, as well as a little cabbage. The taste is relatively strong. I feel that a lot of pepper is added to make it delicious.
Overall, I personally think both noodles are pretty good, but to be honest, the taste is not amazing. I wouldn’t want to go out to the new restaurant to eat it, but I would be willing to visit again if I’m nearby.
