As a ramen enthusiast, traveling around to taste ramen is a pleasure, and today I came to this ramen shop in Yunlin, which turned out to be surprisingly good.
First of all, the owner is very enthusiastic. If you don’t mind being asked a lot of questions, he will inquire about your preferences and adjust accordingly. However, I simply ordered a bowl of the signature chicken broth ramen.
The noodles here are somewhat firm and have a nice chewiness. If you prefer them softer, you can ask the owner to make adjustments, but I personally like my noodles firmer.
The broth is quite good, not overly salty, and has a noticeable chicken flavor, which is a big plus for the soul of any ramen.
Additionally, there are a few slices of chicken chashu, a soft-boiled egg, and pork chashu, which felt average, nothing too surprising.
Overall, this place is a nice ramen shop, and I recommend it for anyone in Yunlin to try.
