Located near the Cheng Huang Temple in Hsinchu, there is a fried chicken shop that has indoor seating. However, this time I got takeout, so I didn't see what it looks like inside.

This shop also allows you to choose whether or not to add sauce, and they even have options like Thai basil, raw garlic slices, and shredded onion available for you to choose from. If you don't add those options to your order, the staff will specifically ask if you need them. But I don't like adding those things when eating fried food, so I just skip them XD.

French Fries: $35
If you're at a fried chicken shop, you must try the thin fries with that red plum powder. I’m sure there are others who also prefer plum powder, right? 🥺 This shop is very generous with the amount of plum powder they add. Even after taking it to go, there’s still some plum powder left in the container ٩۹(๑•̀ω•́ ๑)۶. The flavor is really strong.

Chicken Nuggets: $35
These taste like red dragon chicken nuggets. Even after bringing them home, they remain crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with juice inside.

Green Beans: $40
Just green beans.

Tainan Big Flat Cake: $25
It’s somewhat like black wheel slices that get cut into small pieces and fried. It has a nice chewiness to it, but it makes your mouth tired from biting XD.
