✐ Mentaiko Egg Mixed Udon (m) $109
· This is the first time I've ordered this dish; I was attracted by the mentaiko on top. The staff reminded me it's dry mixed noodles.
The plain flavor isn't too dull, but I personally like to add the free crispy bits and plenty of minced garlic and chili powder, completely overshadowing its distinctive feature, but it goes really well together... absolutely divine!
While looking at the menu, I also noticed that SKM Park has an exclusive flavor of Neapolitan egg mixed udon, which looks quite good! I'll try that next time.
✐ Fried Sweet Potato $30
· Just ordinary sweet potatoes, nothing particularly outstanding about them, but when eating noodles, you want to pair it with something. A thin slice for $30 is actually not cheap. 🥲
