I visited Meat Hideaway Oagari Arashiyama Main Store for the first time in a while. 🐮

It’s a short walk from Arashiyama Station on each line. 🚃

The interior is quite stylish and fashionable. ✨

There are table seats and counter seats, and I got to sit at a table with a great view. ✨

On the table, there were:
Special soy sauce
Chopped seaweed
Shichimi (seven-spice blend) 🔥

I ordered the restaurant's famous:
Wagyu Volcano 🐮🌋 for 2850 yen
Toppings:
Ikura (salmon roe) ✨ for 850 yen
Uni (sea urchin) ✨ for 2000 yen, totaling 5700 yen.

The beautifully marbled meat being grilled was exhilarating! 🔥

The instructions for eating were also carefully written out. ✨
STEP 1
First, mix the wagyu with the egg yolk and enjoy.
STEP 2
Portion rice, wagyu, and monaka into an empty plate, pour on the special broth, and enjoy as hitsumabushi (scattered eel).
STEP 3
Enjoy the flavors of the four different delicacies.

The wagyu volcano served was impressive, overflowing with wagyu 🐮,
ikura,
uni,
and egg yolk 🥚,
along with wasabi 🔥—it was extravagant! 😍😍😍

I first ate the wagyu, and it was incredibly rich, melting, sweet, and delicious. 🐮

I broke the egg yolk and portioned out the rice and wagyu to eat, and it was also rich and incredibly delicious! 🥰

I drizzled the special broth over it to make hitsumabushi. ✨
The melting wagyu 🐮,
the large plump ikura ✨,
the big and rich uni ✨,
the dashi (broth) was so flavorful and absolutely delicious! 🥰
The ikura and uni were exquisite as well. ❤️
It was also tasty to eat the rice on the monaka with the broth. ✨

I enjoyed it topped with condiments and wasabi, which enhanced the flavors and made everything even more delicious! ✨
Especially, I really liked the chopped seaweed and added plenty of it. ✨

Since there was so much meat, even eating it on its own was incredibly tender, sweet, and delicious. 🐮

The overwhelming deliciousness made me happy as I took my time eating it little by little. ❤️

The regular wagyu volcano is also very reasonable at 2580 yen‼️

With a variety of toppings to choose from, it has definitely become a place I want to visit again! ❤️
