Marinated Tomatoes $80

  • Super tasty tomatoes, you won't be able to stop eating them; they're very appetizing and also great for refreshing your palate—definitely a must-order!

Sea Urchin Hand Roll $290

  • The sea urchin is fresh and has no fishy taste, paired perfectly with seaweed and rice!

Braised Pork Rice $60

  • Everyone has been recommending the braised pork rice, so I ordered a bowl to try. It has a bit more fat, but it isn't greasy at all; even my friends said it was delicious...

Seafood Fried Udon $150

  • Pretty ordinary, but the udon doesn't have the texture of Sanuki udon, which I personally don’t like; it’s suitable for sharing among a group.

Salted Egg Squid $260

  • I already like salted egg dishes, and this one suits me quite well; the squid is fresh and tasty!

Karaage Chicken $150

  • The skin is crispy, and it’s juicy when you bite into it; the portion isn't small, making it great as a drinking snack.

Thick-Cut Pork Chop $160

  • The skin is quite crispy, and the flavor is average; it can be ordered or skipped.

🔹Grilled Dishes
Beef Short Ribs $180

  • The meat is very tough and has a lot of fat, hard to chew—definitely do not order!!!

Beef and Scallion Skewers (2 skewers) $130

  • The scallions are hard to chew, and the layer of beef outside looks like brisket but is also hard to bite through; don't order 🙅🏻.

Pepper Salt Pork Belly $250

  • The thickness is just right, but there’s still a bit of a pork smell. I'm sensitive to the smell, but my friends think it’s fine.

Stir-Fried Water Lily for Health $120

  • No bitter taste, which is quite good for this dish.

Mentaiko Yam $180

  • The yam is coated with mentaiko sauce and then grilled; it’s grilled perfectly and has a soft texture, delicious!

Mackerel Teriyaki $320

  • The mackerel is marinated in miso and grilled but still has a bit of a fishy smell; the miso sauce is quite salty but still cannot mask it.

Squid Sausage $150

  • It’s pretty standard, but if it could be crisper, the texture would be even better.

🍶 津吉餐酒館📍260宜蘭縣宜蘭市嵐峰路一段117號 🕓 一二四16:00–00:30、五六日16:00–01:00,週三公休 這次來津吉聚餐,整桌點了快滿出來。滷肉飯($60)意外好吃,肥瘦適中,拌飯剛剛好。唐揚雞($150)外酥內嫩,金沙透抽 ($260)鹹香涮嘴,算是炸物裡面比較推的。海鮮炒烏龍($150)跟養生炒水蓮($120)口味不錯,不會太油。 明太子山藥($180)炙烤後的香氣很加分,山藥綿綿的;午仔魚西京燒($320)火候掌握好,魚肉鹹香細緻,是可以慢慢啃乾淨那種。海膽手捲($290)配生菜、海苔,整體清爽不膩。梅漬蕃茄($80)酸甜解膩,搭得剛好。 但牛小排($180)真的很難咬,咬久嘴巴會痠;牛肉蔥串(2串 $130)的蔥也不好咬,這兩樣不推。墨魚香腸($150)中規中矩,沒有太大亮點。厚切豬排($160)酥脆有厚度,醬偏甜但搭起來還不錯吃。 剝皮辣椒雞湯($150)微辣溫潤,料也不少;玉米筍(5隻 $140)帶殼,甜度不錯。飲料點了可爾必思($80)跟可樂($60)各一杯。 最後居然是招待的炸鱈魚香絲最讓人驚艷,鹹香脆口,越吃越順,默默變成全場最搶手的下酒菜。 這餐總共 $3,170,22樣吃好吃滿,適合一群人來亂點一波,有幾樣雷但整體滿足感蠻高的,氣氛也輕鬆。會想再回訪。

把餐酒館當餐館的我們,因為都是吃飯時間去,所以也不用怕帶小孩會影響到別人,而且很可能遇到包場狀況,這樣既可以不用排隊,還可吃到美味料理,推薦跟大家這方法😋 今天分17:00到一樣包場,畢竟應該很少人1這時間開始去餐酒館喝酒🍺 餐點選項以餐酒館來說算蠻多,有主食、熱湯、炸物、烤物、生魚片、小品,當然酒單品項也很多。店員有告知主餐及湯品的份量是1人份,其餘菜單約1-2人份。 我們2大1小點了鮭魚卵炒飯、滷肉飯🍚炒水蓮、鮭魚生魚片🍣墨魚香腸、唐揚雞、梅漬🍅烤午仔🐟,吃完份量剛剛好大約8-9分飽。 鮭魚卵炒飯雖然鮭魚卵不算多,但炒的粒粒分明又不油,女兒美味認證吃了2大碗;滷肉飯味道很家常相對普通;炒水蓮意外好吃,有炒出鍋氣又有薑蒜味加分;生魚片算新鮮但就是價格太貴,一口50無法多吃;墨魚香腸皮脆脆的裡面包著QQ的墨魚塊吃起來多個口感;烤午仔魚皮被烤的超脆,連平常不吃魚皮的我都愛上;梅漬番茄很清爽當前菜很開胃;其中唐揚雞算是今日我不愛的,它的皮偏厚且又偏軟,但附上特調醬汁有稍微救回。 整體餐點都蠻好吃,算是有中間水準,老公說如果跟朋友來喝酒配這些菜應該很不錯(可惜他今天要開車又是跟妻小),比較可惜就是價格不算便宜,畢竟多數人是去喝酒為主,餐點只是下酒配,應該很少人是像我們點整桌菜都沒酒😂 餐點品質🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 餐點價格🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 服務品質🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 用餐環境🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
