Dan Dan Hamburger - Qiaotou Store can be said to be the hottest branch in Kaohsiung recently, as it became popular after the Facebook hacking incident involving an Indian person. It attracts a lot of people every day who come to pay their respects.
But as someone who originally lives in Qiaotou, I don't need to make a special trip, because I would come here anyway. 🤣

Friend's Meal No. 5: Crispy Chicken Leg Burger + Corn Cream Soup

The crispy chicken leg burger performs consistently well as always, with a crispy exterior and juicy chicken. Biting into it brings a fragrant and slightly salty flavor, balanced perfectly with the lettuce and sauce. The corn cream soup is satisfactory; it's quite nice to drink it while it's hot.

My Meal No. 6: Grilled Chicken Sauce Burger + Fresh Crispy Chicken Soup

The grilled chicken sauce burger has a very salty sauce, but the grilled chicken itself is fragrant, tender, and juicy, making it hard to stop at just one bite. The fresh crispy chicken soup, in contrast, has a much milder flavor, you could say it’s somewhat tasteless; however, drinking it warm is still quite comforting, and it pairs well as a side dish with the main meal.

Sweet Potato Fries and Pork Rib Cracklings

Honestly, I think this add-on was a huge letdown. The sweet potato fries were wet and soft, completely unappealing to me, and I ruled them as "totally unacceptable." The pork rib cracklings were also mediocre, possibly because I had some really delicious ones a few days ago, making Dan Dan's seem a bit lackluster, especially when cold.

I even forgot about the crispy rice cake, which is very delicious on its own; too bad I don’t like the potatoes inside. 🤣🤣 I also really like their extra-long hot dogs, until I found out that one hot dog contains 600 or 700 calories, and then I hesitated to eat it… 🫣
