This time, I visited the cutting-edge 'Starbucks Coffee Starbucks Reserve® Store' just a 6-minute walk from Ginza Station, where you can enjoy rare coffees meticulously selected from around the world, as well as teas that greatly expand the concept of tea!

The 'Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo' is created from the desire to make the coffee experience more accessible. Here at the 'Starbucks Coffee Starbucks Reserve® Store', you can feel the connection that Starbucks values between people and enjoy various coffee experiences with friends you don't have to hold back with!

Rare coffees carefully selected from around the world are brought to life by baristas with deep knowledge and skill in coffee. The baristas can prepare drinks tailored to your preferences and today's mood♡
With uncompromisingly chosen ingredients, the skilled artisans create an authentic Italian bakery originally from Milan and carefully curated foods that you won't find at other Starbucks.

There are many different menus that change from morning to noon to night.
On the 1st floor, in addition to Italian bakery “Princi®” breads and sandwiches, there is a rich menu including traditional Italian sweets like bomboloni and cannoncini, with a focus on takeout.
In the back, a small open kitchen allows you to experience the lively atmosphere while watching the bakers (employees who cook bread).

The 2nd floor transforms into a space where you can enjoy meals and coffee such as the representative focaccia pizza and dolce plate from Princi® according to the time of day.
Moreover, the special evening menu features a new experience called "Apericena," where you can enjoy Italy's new food culture in an all-you-can-eat style. There is a rich variety of Princi® breads, Italian hams such as "Prosciutto Crudo" and "Salami Milano," carefully selected Italian cheeses like "Taleggio" and "Gorgonzola Piccante," as well as traditional Italian home-cooked meals like "Lasagna," "Cacciatora," and "Parmigiana" served with Princi®'s original white American sauce.
