Meal
Korean ramen: The soup base and noodles likely come from Shin Ramyeon, with the unbeatable broth enhanced by meat, vegetables, and an egg, all for just 85 yuan! Having a bowl of this on a drizzly day is so comforting; just keep in mind that it already comes with an egg, so if you add another, you’ll end up with two eggs!
Chicken chop & stinky tofu: This was ordered from the small snack bar next door. As long as at least one person orders food inside You Yi Village, you can ask the snack bar to deliver the food for you to enjoy in the comfortable environment of You Yi Village. I didn’t get a picture of the menu, but there’s a variety of fried foods and Taiwanese dishes, all quite tasty!
I didn’t order coffee this time, but my impression from last visit was good.
Prices
Super affordable! This time, with two bowls of noodles, kimchi and an egg added, plus a drink and fried food from next door, it all totaled just 385 yuan, which is incredibly generous!
Atmosphere
The entrance resembles a garage and is easy to overlook, but the inside space is quite large and convenient for parking. The owner is very friendly, and the small snack bar next door feels like it’s managed together with the ramen shop; you can order food from the snack bar while dining at You Yi Village. There are many books available in the shop, allowing customers not in a hurry to relax for several hours. There's also a comfortable sofa area with a few cute cats nearby. During this visit, amidst a cold wave, the shop even had a real fireplace, which was super cozy.
