Ruisheng Hakka rice has been passed down locally for three generations. In recent years, it has opened a store, focusing on purely handmade Hakka rice.
Taking advantage of the hot summer, I came to visit an ice cream shop that I have always wanted to visit. The most famous thing about this shop is its mochi. Today I ordered the cold ice + mixed mochi. When I was served, I saw big peanuts and sesame mochi, which were still hot. Yo! Eating it on ice really feels like a world of ice and fire!
A serving of ice is not cheap at NT$95, but the portion is quite sufficient. It was very filling for two people today. If you want to eat something else later, it is recommended that 3-4 people eat a bowl of ice and order mochi, even if you don’t like mochi. All my friends think his mochi is delicious! Highly recommended.
The most impressive thing is his announcement, which is very cute and makes me want to recommend this store even more. If you pass by Toufen, you might as well bring some mochi, or sit down and enjoy a quiet afternoon.
