I have always been curious about what pancake fruit is.
When I came to Shanghai this time, I looked for a pancake and fruit shop near my hotel, and I found this Gu Laoliu.
The pancake fruit is said to be a pancake, but it is actually a soft egg pancake, but the way it is made is the same as a crepe, so I think it is also a salty crepe!
This shop shares a storefront with Benbang Laokele Noodle Shop, but the pancake shop is close to the window, making it convenient for customers to take away.
The shop assistant is a very beautiful little sister, and we happened to be watching her making cakes from the window.
The pancake flavor I ordered today is:
-Chicken Fillet and Double Egg Vegetable Pancake (¥16)
The flatbread will be topped with two eggs, sprinkled with some black sesame seeds, flipped over and spread with some sauce and chili, then sandwiched with lettuce, chicken fillet and a thin slice.
The whole package is really spicy, fragrant and crispy when you bite it. The deliciousness of vegetables and chicken fillets is mixed with the aroma of eggs. When you chew it, it becomes crispy and the khazkazi increases the taste. It is really delicious! I really like this kind of snack that can be taken away and eaten by the common people! It is very suitable for office workers as a simple breakfast, or for travelers on the road to buy snacks to eat on the road.
Since we only ordered one portion, the clerk cut it in half for us to share, which was really thoughtful. After eating half of it, I was still a little unsatisfied, and I almost wanted to go back and order another portion, but due to too much food, my stomach capacity was limited, so I had to give up. One portion is just right for girls, but two portions may be enough for boys to be full.
In short, I highly recommend everyone to buy it and eat it👍
