One of the things you have to eat when you come to Japan is probably udon!

At Menohyoden near Fuji, the entire store specializes in udon noodles, both hot and cold. Although there is only udon as an item, the menu combination is not monotonous at all.

The store displayed the interior of their kitchen in a transparent glass display. There was an endless stream of low-quality udon noodles, and the chef's hands almost never stopped.

According to our personal preferences, the group ordered different udon noodles; the soup udon (hot) will soak all the condiments together with the udon noodles in the hot soy sauce soup base.

The portions of the two types of udon seem to be about the same, so I recommend everyone to give it a try; the more impressive ones include the delicious chopped green onions, which are very fragrant when paired with the noodles; and the sweet tofu skin, which looks better than the common tofu skin. Comes flat but still soft and juicy

For cold udon, the noodles and ingredients are all separated together, and hot soup is added to dip the noodles. Because the cold udon noodles have been cooled by ice cubes, they taste more chewy. However, in addition to the chewy texture of the udon noodles in this store, the texture is more chewy than the udon noodles, which feels a bit strange.

Since the udon itself does not come with a soft-boiled egg, we all ordered an additional portion. It was very delicious and a 100% successful egg; everything had an unpretentious taste, so we wanted to give it to this restaurant directly. The store is 100 points and I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

"Yu ばりうどん" is probably some kind of comprehensive udon noodles, which contains beef, tofu skin, water spinach, kelp, etc.
