Bamboo Sushi San Ramon, CA

Bamboo Sushi, a Japanese cuisine restaurant, is definitely worth visiting. Located in San Ramon, CA, City Center Bishop Ranch, it is very popular. We went to dine first, and after eating to our fill, we could leisurely stroll around.

The menu is well designed and easy to choose from. We ordered quite a few dishes, and they all tasted excellent. Details are as follows. Please refer to the photos.

Calamari: The fried squid is already very delicious, and the dipping sauce adds even more flavor.
Chicken Karage: The chicken pieces are fried crispy, and the seasoning is just right.
Veggie Tempura: It's just perfect to have some fried vegetables.
Miso Glazed Black Cod: This is a chef's specialty; it looks great. The miso fish is very tasty, topped with scallions and garnished with orange slices, plus some sauce. It's visually stunning.

Rolls: These are the signature main dishes. As expected, they do not disappoint.

The delicious dishes were naturally cleaned off the plates. We happily finished our lunch and started shopping. We definitely want to come back in the future, not only to relive the delicious meals but also to try other tasty dishes.
