Panda Express is my favorite Chinese buffet restaurant in the United States.
Simple, convenient, fast and with many branches, this restaurant is the Chinese food choice for many office workers nearby. At noon time, there is an endless stream of customers in the store. And it’s not just Chinese people who patronize it, there are also a lot of white people and black people. It means that the deliciousness of our Chinese cuisine has transcended racial restrictions and is also very popular in the United States. I am proud of it😏

Of course, this is an improved version of Chinese food, so it is more oily, salty, and sweet. In other words, it will be delicious, but I think the taste is still within the acceptable range.

Today I ordered the Plate (US10.4, excluding tax), which includes 2 dishes and 1 staple dish. There are many choices for staple food, please refer to the menu for details. If you are having trouble deciding, you can choose half and half (Panda does not charge extra, but some Chinese buffets charge extra for mix and match). If you don’t want to eat starch, there is also a Super green option, which is a mixed stir-fry. Green vegetables are not bad.

The main dish is fried noodles, which are stir-fried with some cabbage. The noodles are dry and hard, and the taste is average. Compared with its fried rice, they are much more delicious, so I choose fried noodles every time.

The two dishes are
-Mushroom Chicken
The chicken is in small pieces and stir-fried with mushrooms and zucchini. The zucchini is crispy and tastes like fried soy sauce, which is quite delicious.

-Honey Sesame Chicken Breast
The honey sauce is evenly coated on each chicken piece, and the skin is moist but maintains a crispy texture. It's sweet and crispy, I like it very much.

Personally, I think the best thing about Panda Express is its fried chicken series. No matter what flavor they are, they are all delicious. I will even miss them when I return to Taiwan. The most famous one is the Orange Chicken. I have ordered it many times, so I tried a different flavor this time and it did not disappoint.

The portion is quite large, so boys can be quite full, and girls can share it. However, the amount of food sometimes depends on the mood of the waiter. If you feel it is too little, you can ask the waiter for more.

If you are traveling to the United States and are tired of eating hamburgers, fries and steaks, and miss the food of your hometown, you might as well give Panda a chance to relieve your homesickness.

Take a photo of your food with the Fooca camera, and write a genuine dining review to earn extra income. Every meal comes with a reward!
