I’ve had takeout before and thought it was super delicious.
This time I ordered it again for internal use and it was still great.
It feels like cooking carrot cake in a semi-fried way
The outer layer has been fried until golden brown
The taste and aroma of carrot cake are maintained inside
Of course fried ones are a bit oilier.
Another small disadvantage is that the soy sauce and hot sauce are already added for you before serving the meal.
Especially the spicy sauce is directly attached to the carrot cake
A bit troublesome for people who don’t eat spicy food
