Thanks Fooday🥳 for making me want to try more different foods🍽
🚩Geographical location🧭
Located in Guoxing Township, Nantou County, on the country road to Atayal Resort
🪑About the overall atmosphere🎡
This restaurant seems to be a B&B, with a large garden, lawn and green space to wander around, but the parking space is only for about 13 cars. There are some children's play facilities on the turf, but because it is on the grass, there are a lot of black ants to be aware of.
💰The part about price💰
A table of six dishes and one soup cost NT$2,000 for a family of four, including Jade Oil Chicken, Shuzi Tofu Pot, Salt and Pepper River Shrimp, Sugar Cane Bamboo Shoots, Stir-fried Wild Pork, Plum Sauce with Cat, and Blessed Vegetables and Crispy Bamboo Shoot Soup. All you can eat rice
🍴About the meal☕
My favorite is the stir-fried wild boar meat, which has just the right taste and goes well with rice. I originally thought that wild boar meat is very salty, but this one is not too salty and is delicious. The Jade Oil Chicken is a cold dish, but it still retains its flavor and chewy texture. The salt and pepper creek shrimp is the cherry blossom shrimp, which is salty but acceptable, and crispy; the sugar cane bamboo shoots are a cold dish and the taste is average. The tofu pot is a bit like bean curd, a bit too crumbly and tasteless; I don’t eat it, so I pass it.
There are very few bamboo shoots in the crispy bamboo shoot soup. It tastes relatively light, but it is a bit cold; maybe it has been cooked for a while?
🤨Conclusion♥
I had eaten here about four years ago, and my family wanted to have a taste of it this time. The taste should be similar to four years ago. However, because it is a bit far away, unless you are nearby, you probably won’t come here. There is an evil Google five-star review campaign at the counter, I will not betray myself 😂
