The store name ハァイ is translated from English 𝐇𝐲
It also means hi (to say hello to everyone)
Very cute little Qiaosi LOGO part is also very childlike

The cafe officially opened in October last year✨
Located near Zhongli Railway Station
Seeing how eye-catching Mount Fuji curry is, I decided to pay a visit.
Fortunately, I reserved a seat by the window to take photos. It feels very Japanese.

🍛Fuji Curry Set $220
The body of the rice is dyed with butterfly pea flowers to make the finished product so pleasing to the eye.
Tastes like your everyday curry
The carrots are also stewed very soft and the original raw taste is lost!
The portion is generous and the sauce is fragrant and rich.

A small Fuji
It's a pity that the strawberry season is over and I used strawberry jam instead.
There is some difference in taste between the upper and lower layers
The top of the mountain is a bit more solid.
The lower part has a smoother taste.

Not a bitter matcha but acceptable
