On the second day of the Lunar New Year, I originally planned to eat the beef noodles at Gangyuan on Dacheng Street.
But they were closed for the holiday QQ.
In the end, we went to eat at "Mingbang Gangyuan Beef Noodles" on Wufu Road.
This place is run by a younger brother of the original Gangyuan Beef Noodles,
so the dishes are quite similar.
However, in terms of the dining environment, this place is more comfortable (lol).

This time we ordered:
⭐️ Dry Beef Noodle with Spicy Sauce 💰150 (original price 140, extra 10 for holiday menu)
⭐️ Beef Soup Noodle 💰150
⭐️ Chilled Cucumber Salad 💰40

When the noodles arrived, each bowl had 5 pieces of beef.
The dry noodles came with a bowl of clear soup.
The beef was very tender.
The noodles were traditional flat, wide noodles.
After adding some garlic paste, white vinegar, and chili from the table,
it became even better than before!

The soup noodles were for my friend, and I took a sip of the broth.
The broth was somewhere between clear and braised.
It felt like it was missing something for beef soup noodles.

In conclusion, the dry noodles were tastier than the soup noodles.
Next time, I will still choose the dry noodles!
