The Hao Zheng Dining Group has invested millions
to launch a brand new Hong Kong-style tea restaurant 🆕

In addition to highlighting its specialties in Cantonese cuisine and dim sum,
the overall decor takes on a fashionable and elegant salon style.
The orange-themed interior radiates a warm atmosphere like the sun.
From entering the store to sitting down for a meal,
everything is exquisite, and everything is beautiful 🧡


I suddenly planned a family gathering over the weekend,
but it was too spontaneous, resulting in full reservations at multiple restaurants.
I had to go to the Dream Era, which has more choices, to try my luck.
Fortunately, we arrived just as the department store had opened.
This gave us the chance to visit this new restaurant on the 8th floor,
which opened in July, and indulge ourselves 🤤

The menu is filled with a wide variety of dishes.
Ordering is done by scanning the 𝗤𝗥-𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲.
Since this meal was sponsored by my uncle and aunt 💰
and the service was quite fast,
I can't introduce all the dishes one by one,
and I may forget to mention some costs—please forgive me 🙏🏻

After everyone finished dining,
it wasn't extremely impressive.
While there were many interesting creative dishes 🉑 to try,
I personally feel it’s not necessary to make a special trip.
However, if you happen to be shopping and passing by,
this restaurant can be a nice place to enjoy.
After all, the hotel-style decor is quite comfortable visually.

Warm colors paired with a round table seem to symbolize a harmonious and united dining atmosphere.
Everywhere there are traces of circular elements, as if the moon is hanging high on the wall. 🌕
The ceiling also has a sense of design, creating the illusion of being in a hotel rather than a department store.
➰ Hong Kong Style Roast Duck 580 A must-order Cantonese roast dish at the tea restaurant. The thickness of the duck meat is cut just right, and each slice allows you to taste the pure flavor of the duck.
➰Golden Crispy Roast Pork 450 This dish is one of the recommended items. Cut into square pieces, I initially thought it wasn't large. In the end, I still had to take two bites to finish it. Golden and crispy, it makes a satisfying crunch when bitten. The fat at the bottom is rich but not greasy, which is excellent.
➰Hong Kong-style Radish Cake What seems to be an ordinary radish cake Is simple yet surprisingly to my taste.
➰ Red Rice Crispy Fresh Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll 188 The rice noodle roll made from red rice is very unique. Inside, it has a layer of golden crispiness, and the texture is more similar to shrimp paste than fresh shrimp.
➰ Soft Shell Crab with Golden Sand Sauce This dish is also one of the recommended items. The soft shell crab meat is combined with golden sand sauce, which is very crispy and salty delicious. It pairs well with rice and is also great with drinks.
➰Black Truffle Crispy Chicken (Half) 660 The aroma of black truffle perfectly complements the chicken. The chicken is tender and juicy, with thin and crispy skin, Creatively delicious and flavorful.
➰ Ice Cream Milk Tea Specially frozen stockings milk tea Served as milk tea ice pops in a cup Then poured with a bottle of chilled milk tea It's both sweet and icy, truly soothing.
➰ Shrimp Shumai Emperor Bigger than I imagined You can taste the shrimp even without dipping sauce Not bad for shumai ➰ Steamed Pork Ribs A little salty for me But my dad inexplicably likes it So the taste really depends on the individual
➰ Scallion Dice Beef 420 It's not too old, not too tough or hard, but it also doesn't have any standout features. Eating a piece is okay to try, but the price is relatively high.
➰Taro Coconut Chicken Pot 320 I really love cooking with taro. This restaurant has two dishes: Taro Spare Ribs Pot and Taro Coconut Chicken Pot. I can only say that this dish isn’t really to my taste. 🥹
➰Budweiser Beer (330ml) 120 Although it feels a bit out of place to order beer at this kind of restaurant, I can't resist getting too many dishes that are great with beer. I just have to order a bottle to quench my thirst. 🍺
➰ Stir-fried rice noodles 260 You can choose beef/pork/seafood But I don’t know the flavor of the day I just focus on eating hard I personally think it's quite average.
➰ Honey Sauce Char Siu Rice Noodle Roll 138 It's also a common option for rice noodle rolls. We only ordered one serving to share and try. Thank you to the shop for thoughtfully cutting it for us!
➰Guangzhou Fried Rice 260 A classic Hong Kong-style fried rice It contains char siu and shrimp Each grain is distinct yet not overly greasy
The correct name is uncertain. It should be something like spicy braised beef tripe. Please be careful if you don't eat spicy food. This dish is really quite spicy! 🌶️
Overly generic seafood soup Even I, who love drinking soup, Rarely didn't get a second bowl.

高雄美術館周邊餐廳眾多,美食選擇豐富,今天吃曼要介紹一家特別的港式料理店—「地糖仔中式點心專門店」。這裡的主廚葉師傅資歷深厚,曾遠赴新加坡、韓國、中國及香港多地學習,並於多家知名餐廳累積經驗,其中包括米其林級的利苑酒家… ✅地糖仔小籠湯包:一籠有七顆小籠包。小籠包皮薄內餡後,咬下去湯汁就會流出,而內餡充滿了肉香。搭配店家提供的醬料讓風味更加豐富。 ✅蒜炒空心菜:簡單的烹調方式,讓空心菜充滿了蒜香,調味鹹度很剛好,空心菜也是非常新鮮、脆口。美中不足的是份量有點少。 ✅韭黃鮮蝦腸粉:一份裏有三條腸粉,而每條腸粉裡有包裹著三隻鮮蝦。腸粉皮本身有一定的厚度,不過仍然非常Q彈。搭配店家自製的醬料一起食用,非常涮嘴。 ✅荷葉米香珍珠雞:裏頭包裹豬肉、蛋黃等食材。糯米充滿了荷葉的香氣,每一口都能充分感受到每個食材的鮮味。 ✅千層蘿蔔絲酥餅:外層脆酥,裏頭的醬汁吃起來像是勾芡般濃稠,不過有非常順口,可以吃到蘿蔔絲的口感。 ✅中環竹炭流沙包:流沙包的皮非常厚,不過餡料也非常豐富。餡料有兩種口感,一種是凝固的口感,另一種是流沙的爆漿口感。 ✅酸辣湯:酸辣湯裡頭食材豐富,包含紅蘿蔔、木耳、豆腐…等。不過本身不會太酸或太辣,可以自行拿調味料依自己的喜好作調味。 ✅絲襪奶茶:一般順口、好喝的絲襪奶茶。茶味較重。 ————————————— 店內的環境算是相當寬敞,不過座位與座位之間的距離是稍嫌擁擠。這裡的食物品質、味道都非常棒,不論是哪一道料理都非常推薦。而餐點因為是現點現做的關係,因此出餐速度非常慢,如果是趕時間的人,不建議來用餐。 *每人低消110元 *單筆消費滿千送百折價券 *假日用餐時間為1.5小時 *僅提供一桌帶狗VIP座位,須事先預約

📍香港佐敦香港推薦必訪港式早餐店 🇭🇰 每次來香港必吃的一家店,相較義順個人更喜歡這家澳牛! 星期三晚上吃完隔壁的麥文記有點意猶未盡,發現居然不用排隊!馬上有來隔壁澳牛吃甜點🫶🏻 非常建議兩家店可以一起搭配 🥘 點餐品項 🍞 法蘭西多($32): 這次來澳牛 第一次不是點早餐/茶餐配好的組合 上桌看起來樸實無華的法蘭西多士,沒想到實在深得我心🫶🏻 第一次吃到不是兩片薄片中間夾花生醬,是屬於厚片吐司、單純靠著蛋液撐起來油炸的版本 吐司感覺浸泡蛋液非常長的一段時間,油炸的時機也控制的很剛好,上面再加上一塊厚奶油與淋上蜂蜜後 入口後的口感很類似舒芙蕾!有點甜鹹的口感,原來沒有花生醬的西多士也可以這麼完美! 🥚 蛋白燉鮮奶 冷($35): 澳牛的招牌品項! 這次是我第一次嚐試燉鮮奶,吃起來很像更甜一點的奶酪,雖然口感是蠻滑順,但感覺吃冷的有點太甜了,沒有非常對我的胃口 🥤 凍奶茶($26): 茶味重 點了少甜甜度剛好、好喝的凍奶茶 🍄 是否回訪:Yes! ✏️ 小註記: 🔸 只收現金💰
