The Cheesecake Factory

This restaurant is also part of a chain in the United States, and I’d say most Americans have probably eaten here! I had already eaten at this restaurant during my first visit to the US. Today, I decided to come back here for a meal with friends, as they might be super hungry!

Why did we choose to come back here when we are so hungry? Because for Asians, the portion sizes at this restaurant are actually quite large…

We didn’t make a reservation today and came in last minute, so if you don’t have a reservation, you might have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes. However, the staff at the counter will still try their best to arrange seating for us! Once we were seated, we indeed waited a longer time ⏰ for our meals, but given that there were so many people today, it's understandable that the food would take longer to come out!

Today we ordered:
❤️ Chicken Salad
I thought it would be an ordinary salad, but I was surprised by how much chicken and lettuce there was. The plate was so big it nearly startled me! It not only had lettuce 🥬 and chicken, but also some beans; the portion of carbohydrates was quite sufficient, though we packed half of it to take home!

❤️ Italian Sausage and Fresh Mushroom
This had a creamy Italian flavor. I felt that the sausage was a bit salty, but it really suited American tastes. When you ate the sausage with the meat and mushrooms 🍄‍🟫, the saltiness was balanced out, and I thought it was quite a smooth pasta dish. Even though the portion was very large, I was almost able to finish it, and I think it was quite worthwhile!

After all, as a chain restaurant, I still come here occasionally when I don’t know what to eat, and the portion sizes are quite generous, and the prices are fair! If you’re interested and don’t know what to eat when passing by, you might want to give it a try!
